We are a stocking manufacturer and run all products in production.  Our goal is to always keep inventory on the shelf and ready to ship to you or your customers via drop ship.

Once you've become a new dealer, you will be given a New Dealer Setup Package.  In this package you will find:

  • Master Price Sheet
  • MAP Policy MSRP Schedule
  • MAP Policy (To Be Completed and Returned)
  • Shipping Weight Chart
  • Training Manual
  • New Dealer Setup Form (To Be Completed and Returned)
  • Credit Application (To Be Completed and Returned)

  • Online Orders - Once your account has been created you are able to complete your orders online, logged into your account.  If you are not logged in to your account, you will view prices as full retail.  If you are logged into your account you will be able to view pricing at your cost and complete orders online 24/7.
  • We will acknowledge all orders within 24 hours and advise when products will ship and if any line items are backordered.  If you do not receive an order acknowledgement from us please call.
  • We will always Email All Invoices or Mail USPS if Desired.

Hyline Offroad does offer drop ship for our Non-Stocking Distributors/Dealers at no additional cost. If drop shipping orders, please provide your shipping supplier UPS/FedEx account number. UPS is the preferred shipping supplier as we have daily pickup from our facility. FedEx shipments may delayed an additional day from your order.

If you are requesting Open Account Terms and haven't uploaded credit references, the approval process may take a little longer or, you may need to use a credit card until Open Account Terms are approved. Once approved, your Dealer/Distributor discount level will be determined and you will be sent an E-mail containing your private User Login and default password which will allow you to access your discount level for ordering direct from this website. Upon receiving your approval E-Mail, please log in to your account and change the default password immediately.
